COPe Roadshow dates announced!

The dates of our Carers Outreach Project (COPe) roadshow have now been announced. Starting on 10 May in Parson Cross, we are visiting a total of twelve community based venues throughout Sheffield in May and June. At our roadshow events, the COPe team will be on hand to tell you about how the project works, answer your questions and provide information for you to take away.
