The Sunday Lunch Club

The Sunday Lunch Club (SLC) aims to provide the opportunity for older people with a learning disability and older families of people with a learning disability to attend a social event and have a break from caring or feeling the isolation of their own homes.

The club meets once a month and enjoys a game of bingo and a freshly made, traditional Sunday Roast. It is a highly popular group with an average of 30 people attending each month to catch up with friends, make new friends and have fun whilst enjoying a delicious lunch.

The club is run by experienced staff and fantastic volunteers who offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
